Is the Server Down?

I have been trying all night to play and when I finaly get the chance it tells me that I can't connect to server.... If the server isn't down can someone please help me with my problem? I am not realy smart when it comes to computers so please try to be as discriptive as possible. Thanks.

Try disabling your firewall. Go into Control Panel and open up your firewall settings. Should be straightforward from there on.

I already tried that. Guess I will try deleting LiverServer and see where it goes from there.
