I Cant Play :(

hi guys, pls help me, i start game, select server and after presentation movie game block into load screen :/ ....yesterday i play normal...today cant play....it's a server problem or my problem?? must reinstall etc??

something seems to be wrong witht the resource server, seems to happen alot around this hours,
