Missing NPCs

I now see that half of NPCs are gone at least in Fisgael, and relogging few times didn't help... I also posted in on general due to more people reading

There is also an error appearing on the quest menu as well. I am finishing the Undead Army quest in Syrtis, and when I returned to the town it changed the current task to "[err][npc_instance_display_name][0]"
