Cant Even Get In Game

i know most peoples tech support is about in game probs but i cant get in game, i get to where u join a world and then POOF! blackscreen, i can see my cursor, and can move it but it will stay in black screen so im wondering, is it my video card or something else, oh annd to contact me my xfire is namethief and my email is DEATHBYGOD@gmail.com, ill also be checking the thread tomorrow after work.

If youre under Linux your installer was very small. Hes got to load all the stuff. on the screen where you decide wich server to join is a button for Options (upper menue bar), click it and deselect "Load all ressources at once". This will give you the option to start and needed files will be loaded as you play by if needed.
