Concentration affects your resitance towards spells.
The more concentration the higher your chance to resist a spell and the higher the chance to sucessfully cast a spell.
I can buff my concetnration to 94 and I resist almost every Sultar and so on

Concentration give's you more chance to succesfully cast a spell on an enemy. To evade there's inteligence and dexterity.

Wrong.
Intelligence is related to your mana capacity and your magical damage caused by spells.
Dex increases the archers damage.

Half elves have the most constitution for archers in Syrtis.

And concentration doesn't really make a noticible affect for my warlock's spell hit chance, but it does seem to affect my marksman's spell hit chance. Also, as an archer, you'll be evaded tons in the low lvls, so I'd prefer concentration over constitution too.

For my hunter there is a noticeable change between 74 and 94.
