Resetting Skills

Is there any way in which you can reset your skills because i've really spoilt my hunter

Type /reset_powers in a chat tab, don't matter which of them.

if i was to type that would i still keep all the points even the ones to get a power to lvl 2-5

Yes. All the Dicipline Points and Rank Points are reseted. You get them back, so you can place them however you wish.
