Kill mobs that give you xp. The more xp they give you the easier it'll be to get rid of your necrostacy.

You need to get anti-necrostacy from your enemies (mobs/monsters). Where to get this?
It's usually located between the heart and the stomac. The best way to get it out is to use a damaging spell or (an) arrow(s) or some other kind of weapon.

to get rid of necro kill mobs if you kill a challenging mob it should bring it down by about 1-2
