So, what are the new lootable items then?

I don't think any. You were able to get them(lvl 40 - 50 items, medium to high) long before the update. Maybe you just aren't killing lvl 40 - 50 mobs?

That was posted for the update though. Adding NEW medium-high level magical items. I was wondering what the new ones they added were?

I think they just meant the (regular) stuff with new +health and +mana modifiers

I've found fast bow with +3% attack speed ... lvl 47, that could be new too
