Character already logged in

My character has been logged in for almost a day now and it wont let me log into it cuz it says it is already logged in my computers power went out at a power outage and i havnt been able to log in since.

its still going NGD is there any way you can just kick my char off or do a server reset?

Can you tell us exactly what happened before your user stuck logged in?

well what happend was the game was not on full screen and i hit the x button in my right hand corner to close it because my computer was acting up. and it all froze the game shut down asked me if i wanted to send a error report and i did. Got back on regnum and tried to log on and it said character is already logged in. and thats what happend. Hope this helps
