error 32 : while patching

I load the game up and once iv loade dit it starts downloading the file regnumOnline.exe but when it downloads it it sasy cannot copy the file as it is being used by another process?

Wait, i fixed it anyway, no problem. JUst had to copy some files myself thanks.
