Fort tactics day! Alsius

I propose that we set a date to try all those nice ideas for fort wars.

I know many players have ideas that can't be tested because most clans does'nt have enough players online at the same time.

It would be great if we could gather a army of atleast 15 players (voice chat is necessary) and just let anyone with a idea try it. When a war is over feedback time begins, what was good/bad, can we use this idea in future wars?

So who wants to try and when?

Nice idea. Only planning it will be hard. (I cannot this weekend, I need to write an essay for history.)

We tried that once, only English speaking clans of Syrtis.
So if u allow, I d like to give few tips for such thing:
-contact all ingame clan leaders in one party (or representer of clan) and discuss basics of idea etc. If they accept, make closed irc channel. Why irc when u can talk in game? Because in game happening (if it is there any) will distract sometimes attention of party member(s). Chat is safe way

-avoid discussing via forums. it ll take ages. Use forum only if u want to post plan and tactic which u re trying, and make it available to clan leaders. Let clan leaders copy that on their forum for their members and prepare their clan.
-information on forum should be written very clear, separate parts, stressed on important things, and detailed scenario of it.
-lock that topic

most important part. All that is not good in that text(strategy) solve via chat, not forum. Its faster and better.
-do tests of some part in arena if possible. Dont relly on theory and spell description.
-rest is on you and your friends who take part in it. If they know what u re doing, read that post, get ready for it, then its no problem.
-there is one problem in game. when u appoint date and time and place, stick to it. Dont delay, ppl will be nervous, and some will go around to catch enemy (shown on track) or help at nearby fort. So, when u say: 12.00 pm, then thats the time. 5 more minutes and plan will have high posibility to fail.
-and for u: if ppl wants to cooperate, then care about this what u re doing. by ppl, i mean other clan leaders who accepted to take part. for the rest: their clan members and "holas", its not your part. if clan leaders copied to their forums what u all arranged on meetings, and members read it, it ll be all ok. If not, their fault.

I would really like this to see this done, because
-Alsius is realm with less players
-in game is missing global strategics (except when hunting or camping bridge with clan members)

this is all applicable on small or large army with maybe bit change. sorry if u already know all these things, i just wanted to share part of my experience.
