Help!!!! I dont know why is this?

I downloaded and installed ragnum successfully then i started the program, entered username and password and this screen pops up saying downloading ragnumonline.exe.. the thing is iI've been downloading this ragnumonline,exe over and over again for 30 mins now. When the downloading is done, the screen disappears and then here it is again downloading the same .exe. is this normal? or what is wrong with this?

Open the taskmanager, there are two regnum processes. Kill the older one and it should continue.

check if there is more then one regnumonline.exe running in task manager and end the process, and start over again.
