Less activity

Is it just me, or is this forum less and less active? It seems that threads get less replies, even more spamming and even the counter of people online at Ra seems to be lower than before the last update. Does anyone kno if it has hit 800 or even 700 lately? It looks like the community is desintegrating a bit and new players are taking their places. Is this true? I haven't been able to be online lately(read my weblog) so I couldn't check in the game.

It seems less activity has been happening. Personally, I've played about 15 minutes in the last 3 days. Regnum just isn't fun for me most times, with the game imbalanced, and the bugs with guards, castles and forts. Usually when I log in, there is no fort activity happening with my realm, so I talk for a couple minutes then log off. Hunting is the only choice, but it gets pretty monotonous after a while, and for support conjurers it's a waste of time.

I also suspect the recent update has lowered the number of players online, something that seems to be one of NGD's goal with the update. Success on that front, I guess. Up until the last update, there were almost always over 700 people on-line on the weekends. Last weekend, however, there were only around 500 the few times I checked.

Less people playing the game will eventually mean less people in the forum. Who wants to discuss a game they don't play anymore?

On a positive note, playing less Regnum has given me many more hours with my family, reading, and doing things far more useful and fun.
