Loading screen freezes... I'm desperate!

Someone please help me! I have had this problem for weeks, and i have not found an answer!!!!!! Whenever i click on the Regnum Online Icon, it leads to a page that says loading. But i have waited for hours, and it never loads! I checked my firewalls, it's not being blocked by that... On the bottom of the loading thing there are 2 buttons that say "accept" and "cancel" But it only let's me click on cancel! Im guessing it's trying to load the Agreement page or whatever it's called... Does anyone have a solution Please?!

i got the same problem to

i did the firewall thing .. but still " Loading "
