NGD, is the clan rank page broken?

I have a question for ngd, i went to see the clan ranks today and saw these 2 clans missing

Is this due to an error on the website?

That basically happens because the clan name has special characters that interfere with the page rendering. We recently implemented some measures to filter certain characters on the names.

The problem is that the system currently lacks checks that disallow special characters. We intend to correct this and the clan names/ranks will have the same restrictions as the character names.

The solution will be available on the next update.
