When does tiredness reset?

i just blew thro 40 dollars of Xym and im 30k from..lvl 39 and i need to know when the reset is so i can go bak to grinding...
lol ive been using scrolls for a week and now i forgot.

i know it resets at 3-gmt but i live in texas which is.. Central i think so im still clueless
hehe to mage and gigo..did i post in the right thread this time?

The Fatigue has these characteristics:

-- activates after you kill 5 creatures.
-- If you disconnected or change character, the counting will pause.
-- when you reconnect, to activate the counting again, you must return to kill 5 creatures..
-- Fatigue only affect characters lvl 20 and above.
-- Fatigue is resetted everyday at 5am (-GMT 3)
