Seriously... where are the 'international' people?

I've started playing this game not long ago, got a pretty level 19 hunter in Syrtis.
Then I decided I wanna try something else.
I started growing a little ol' mage (level 15 now) in Ignis.
All in all the game is really great... with one exception.
While in Syrtis, from about 100 people with which I interacted, let's say that about 20 couldn't speak english. That's pretty good for an international server - not everybody must know how to speak in english.
While in Ignis... I can barely remember those 5 people who did speak english at all.
Not to mention the fact that while curiously looking around to join a clan, I got about 10 invites (and that's just for freaking yesterday!), and out of these 10 invites, 10 were from spanish-only clans.
So, seriously... are there ANY 'normal' people, relatively able to speak english in Ignis? Seriously.
It's making all the game go down for me, to be surrounded by lots of people, and not be able to communicate with one of them (why do people join mmorpgs after all, if not for the social interaction?)

Put Meconopsis on your friends' list and pm her when she happens to be online. There are more. But too many names popping out of my head. And that is just in Ignis.

Funny, when I log on and say hello, I get hellos back English people know me ^^
Alot of people speak english in Ignis, but for 60%, spanish is their 1st language I think. Personally, I am in Meconopsis' clan, but atm we aren't recruiting low lvls AFIAK.. But have a look at the english clan list, their is several english speaking clans.

Yeah, i made a character on ignis too, about 80% of the ppl i talked to, spoke english.. Ignis is the realm with the highest number of english speaking ppl right?

To be honest, not really AFIAK. But Alsius and Syrtis (especially Syrtis) don't make the effort ^^
Atleast you can talk to people on Ignis chat without "talk in Pm noobs!" or "stop spamming Syrtis chat!!" starts.. anyways..

Awww thankyou for the mention... Ignis has plently of English speaking people...and im quite enjoying learning spanish at the moment, but i have been around the Noob Towns to recruit new clan members and youll get random people saying things like "OMG english speaking people..ive wandering around for days being bombarded spanish..." so stick with Ignis GO IGNIS !!!

For some unknown reason though the thought comes to my head that the least number of spanish people are in Alsuis.... I mean you can't mix holas with snow, how can you see that? Holas with sand for sure, and some grass too! But with snow?...... naaah
