It's a unique rare item, that was a pain to obtain, and is always handy to have around. I doubt anyone will part ways with it. If they do, they'll probably ask for stuff that the average lvl50 cannot obtain in any easy way. Let alone a lvl40.

Try dying at Fisgael, against lvl 10 mobs hitting you for around 50 dmg, when you have almost 5k hp as a knight lets say.

Party hats makes thing so much easier.
