I have a problem

I successfully installed the game, and everything was working fine, but when I chose my realm and got into the game everything except for the ground and character's hair was white and the words were so bold they were like blocks. Any suggestions?

Did you wait for all resources to download?
Check the upper left corner for a download indicator, if there is none we will have to troubleshoot a bit more.

I found the problem. My video card isnt supported by Regnum Online.
