Better English please
Lately I've seen the number of people posting in unreadable English increase.
There have always been some people that have never heard of punctuation and grammar and don't know how to spell. Together with people that think BrEaZaH(is that how you call it?) is cool it makes following topics hard -- even though the content of their posts is often of a miserable quality. I ask everyone to at least try to write reasonable English and don't forget to use the Shift key. Please. Since school has started again here, I have less time. Trying to read those malformed posts takes too much time, so I won't do that anymore. If you want me to read your posts, make it look like you want me to read it, otherwise I won't. I boycott them starting now.

Totally agreed. It's not that difficult to put commas in a sentence, nor a period at its end.

I agree too.
If you can't write properly in English you should not be at the English forums at all imo.

It is a little bit hard. Didn't we enjoy a couple of Gigo's rhetorics before? Atleast a couple of them? There are times when we end up with typos and didn't realize that. However, the fact that there are some who deliberately messes the language, thinking it would exude some coolness, is not cool at all.
Besides, we could also give a chance for the non-english speaking people to improve on the language itself, by guiding or correcting them. Not barring them.

Imagine it's the same in other languages when I try to hire someone from poland. They hurt the language and they don't even know it. The education is a massacre

Just a couple of corrections “Grammar “wise, I’ve and don’t are slang English commonly used all the time but not the best grammar. I boycott them starting now …. Should be ….. I will boycott them starting now. (Or similar word inserted). (Is that how you call it?) Should be (is that how you say it?). Not everyone speaks or writes Queens English. Hell I included myself on that one, but also many of the people you aim this at are not native English and are young and still learning. Others may not have had a high standard of education that some people are lucky to get. I understand you may find it frustrating, but is that any reason to be rude to people or dictate how they should write or speak. I do agree that people who write “BrEaZaH” as you call it dose make it hard for even English people to understand it. That is totally unnecessary. At the end of the day if you can’t understand what someone has put down move on to the next one. Bitch !!! bitch!!!! bitch !!!! and shyt posts are all you get in this forum nothing earth shattering or life changing . Have a nice day End of |

Extension to my reply; sorry for double posting.
But I do appreciate Yest's objective with this matter. Trying to implement unto others to try to post as appropriate as it should be. I, myself, do not speak English as my first language. However, I try to my utmost capability to be understandable (though the context is vague). Due to the fact that everyone here do speak English and the least on other languages. It's just the intensity of his reaction that bothers me a little.
