Quest wondering

Hello,

Don't know if i'm at the right place, but, i was wondering what level was the Adult Lycan, and why they are purple when we need to kill it at lvl 17/18.

Is there a bug or just push people to group/wait ?

The lvls of some mobs changed recently and some quest have this problem. It's a bug, wait to grow up some lvls more to finish the quest.

I find another way to accomplish it. Now i wonder, one of the quest reward a "ring of licant" with no stats, it's sthg for later use (i mean in gave development) ?

The jewelry still is under development and some items are unfinished. Don't sell the ring, maybe you can use it in the future when be fixed (exactly like you said).
