Forgot account name

Hi all,

I created an account on this game a few months ago, but i can't recall the user name i choosed. I created a new account but I'd like to get back my old char. Is it possible at all ?

Hi aethyl,

This is something that you will need to contact a staff member directly for. You will probably need to provide them with the E-mail address you signed up with (on that account) as well as additional proofs.

Even so, they may not have the resources to help you personally right now.

As Katiechan guessed right, you have to send an message to support@ngdstudios.com.ar from the registration email address to ask for your lost username.
