Having loading problems

Ok i've read all the thread concerning source problems and problems similiar to mine.

1. Sometimes when I open the game, it stops at the gameguard thing, and just says checking firewall forever, so I restart it. Then sometimes it works again.

2. When I'm in the game, I load all the resources smoetimes it just freezes at "loaded resources". and sometimes it goes to the next screen, whihc is what realm you would like to choose. Well from there on I either get gray black clouds, or weird grey and white with rainbow coloured bordered screen, supposedly to be the grey clouds. Ok sometimes it works and I get to choose what realm I want to be in

3. When I see the select your realm screen, it still white and grey, like the provious one, but I can click and see waht realms I want to be in, so I select my realm, and it goes to a never ending loading screen. with a 99% at the top.

Any help please? I've read through all the threads people have posted, But i have no clue what they're talkinga bout.
