Game keeps crashing

Since the big update on 2/20/2007 i have not been able to make it into the game i have made several attempts to enter. What happens is i log into the account and choose the character i want to play then while its loading i get a little sign that pops up and says regnum has crashed due to a unexpected error. Grrr i am sick of seeing this happening. Please help me to fix this, it started right after the update.
