Missing quest

Hi, i am a mage in Nasraah Tej, i have to go and talk with Arhal, he gives me a quest to go to the mage trainer Tabagat. Now when i go and talk with him he doesn't say anything HE IS TOTALY BLANK and gives me some quest "Arrieve at Tankabon's Domains", sicne he doesn't tell me anything i have no clue what i am supposed to do or where to go. I think this might be a result of me first going to Tabagat and level some skills and then going to Arhal and getting the quest from him to go to Tabagat.

Same here, I've come across Fadhil, Arhal, Nehzi & Aroth with blank quest windows in the beginning quests of the Ignis Realm.

i believe some quest are currently disable temporary.. maybe they fixing some things or adding features to those quest.. who knows..
