I get disconnected ALL the time! :mad:

When I put to play in Official server, the game enters and it's all ok. But when I start playing with my character ( wizard level 1), the game shuts down in a minute. When I played in experimental, I could play with my character, but I could not attack or talk to the people in the Iniciation Summit (first quest). Please help me. I'm at Ignis, and my player's name is Zodiark. HELP!!
