The title says it all.

If it's advantageous to do so, then yes. However, we wouldn't really know until we've played the new system long enough, so I haven't voted.

I HATE strafing, always have always will, its not a natural movement and it requires more coordination and reaction time, something that the FAQ had at one time specifically mentioned would not be needed to play this game. This type of game is not made for strafing, part of the reason i liked this game was for the controls.

strafing is a failure. completely. give up NGD. just stop doing anything. LEAVE REGNUM ALONE for a while. just stop.

Well I still haven't noticed any depth added to gameplay with strafing, or any advantage I could get by strafing instead of turning so I won't be rebinding just yet.

I hate strafe, looks silly, animations are stupid for it, shooting/atking out of it looks strange, it wasnt needed, and once it released Ill do a few pvps with a gfreind of mine, one of us with as close to "old" system as possible and one of us with the new system, see if straf gives any real advantage, And I dont want to "Take Years" to learn a new movement system, whats wrong with what we have?

I like the new strafing in general. It's a good idea. Anyway the animation could need some further work.

I just tried it. It takes getting used to but it's not as bad. Strafing doesn't seem to give any advantage (at least for mages). The new mouse look makes for some interesting defensive tactics for my Conjurer.
