Strange "streching" bug

Had this happen 2/3 times now, often only with 1 limb, but have seen it with the entire torse including arms and head.

Have only seen it in the past few days, anyone else seen this, any idea why it happens?

I've seen a few strange ones.... like their bodies were turning into sand and falling to the ground.
