Asking for codes is like asking for someones bank account and pin number...
You are a little fraud monger!

You will get codes when you have taken the proper steps to obtain codes..
You can give codes to people as gifts. However, I would not take codes from anyone I did not trust since you can be banned for putting in the wrong code!

I guess there will be an available option to send you the code by email with NGDs signed GPG key, e.g. You buy xim online, specify it's a gift for xxx@yyy.com and NGD sends the codes ^^
