How should I go about training my Warlock?

I'm working on a Mage right now and plan to make him into a Warlock. I'm also currently level 5. How should I go about training my Warlock?

Where should I go to become a Warlock?

At what level can I become a Warlock?

How should I train my Warlock?

And where can I get gear for my Warlock?

You choose subclass at level 10.
Gear can be bought from NPCs, other players and get as a drop from mob or treasure.
How to train your lock - you can find it here on forum, but don't forget that you can reskill your character any time and re-train him by typing "/reset_powers". You train your character at class trainers that are in all towns.
