Default New balancing for warriors since last update?

When I went into the experimental server today I noticed that there was a slightly delay between my clicks on my spells before they worked.
Later, when you updated the official server the same happened there.
Is this supposed to be?
Is this some kind of re balancing, or is it a bug?

This thing makes the whole game play feel slower, especially in battles because I cannot use a spell before I've completed my normal attack.

I can click the spell before my normal attack ends, but it wont work before the normal attack is finished.

Spells speed is now based on weapon speed.
barbarians weapon speed / 1.5
archers and mages weapon speed / 3

This is how the game play is meant to be now, You shouldn't be able to cast a spell while you are in a current hit motion. It's unrealistic, now you haev to finish your current attack before the spell takes place.

the last part is right!
BUT

why did they made warriors so SLOW?!
thats insane!
i recap the last updates regarding warriors:
- 500hp less
- 5 sec spring (speed spell) less
- 4 sec rimpost less
- casting TWICE as slow as the other classes now

on the other hand there is the feint spell thats lasting 1 sec instead of 4 or 5 as it should

whats top most annoying:
Before when i ran behind one i JUST was able to reach him and knock him if i was lucky. now as i can run 5 sec less AND my spells cast so slow i can hardly do that any more.

i admit that some of the changes were nessicary but all at once and in that extend... i dont know.
NGD should rethink that!
esp the casting time - thats plain madness

I do not want to complain anymore, but I think the way the spell casting system that was implemented in the last big update was pretty cool. It made casting spells fun and the war had a fun feel to it. The update is not so bad for me because I have two characters to fight in the war with. The update did not seem to effect my conjurer much because I use a medium speed weapon. On the other hand my Barbarian is pure shit now. I can not even train anymore because I can not even start casting a spell before the weapon goes through its cycle. I probably will never train my barb again because it is almost impossible to train. I was trying to fight cyclops and I would get half of my health taken away before I could kill it. I used to could kill a cyclops so fast that I would only get hit once at the most. I am not writing this to complain to NGD, but I do think you have been a little harsh on warriors as of late. I do think you are making strides to make the game better but it seems like every time there is an update to make class better another class gets a lot worse. If the update was to make mages no be able to be killed in 2 hits I understand, but I think a better way of solving this problem would be to just make the mages have more health and/or more resistance to damage. All in all I am happy with the update, and it is making the game more balanced. Good day to all.

Yes you are right.
This kind of re balancing was not good.
This makes warriors have no advantages at all, and therefore no idea to be a warrior. Please, make the spells work like before the update or at least solve it in another way.

I don't see anything wrong with this, warriors are supposed to be close combat dudes.
Also if you are running for someone with a warrior you hardly are the lucky one who get a kill. If you want to do such things get a hunter.

And what's worse!
This new update will make the knights even stronger compared to barbarians!
Because almost every knight use a fast sword or such this slowness won't apply to them...
This will make barbarian the worst subclass to play with in the whole Regnum!

This crap makes our two handed weapons useless!
The only reason why you would choose barbarian is because you might wanna use two handed weapons, but what's the matter with great damage if you cannot do a single spell before the enemy have knocked you down and killed you?

I can barely play anymore....

My fast Dareh staff have fast speed ..it's like my Slow Laeri staff before this crap update.

The NPC's are very newbie, now you can hit a NPC with a spell and after about 4 seconds the NPC react,lol.

Yes... but as it's now, we even sucks in close combat!
Today I got killed by an unchallening hunter, only because he attacked lots faster then me...
Barbarians are supposed to do lots of damage, but what's the point of doing one high damage attack when your enemies can do the same amount damage in the same time?

Example:

I'm attacking an archer.
I'm hitting him for 800damage.
But before I've even completed my hit and I'm ready to use a new attack he have done at least 600damage in the same time!
And because his attacks are so damn fast he have also got the time to ambush me between his normal attacks and I can do nothing about it!

I might be whining, but I see this as a serious problem and so does many of my friends even if they haven't written anything on the forum.

No you're aren't whining. This is completely true, and Barbarians were made almost completely useless in this new update. I went into warzone with my level 30 mage and killed an impossible barbarian, which almost made me laugh, he got 1 hit in, unfortunately leaving me with 100hp, so I ivyied him, ran back some drained his hp and gave it to myself and fireballed him. Wasn't really much of a challenge, Especially when he should've completely killed me.
