What exactly is tiredness..?
The tips pop'd up and very loosely explained tiredness. When it says rest, does that just mean hitting to rest button to kneel and recover HP? (I do that a lot as I am currently playing a Barb) or does it mean you have to log? Please could someone define this aspect of the game better then the "tips", would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Tiredness or "Fatigue" was an old feature, that was removed awhile ago. You have nothing to worry about, concerning this, anymore.
It was a... "feature" that, after 4 hours of grinding, you became fatigued and gained only 50% xp (boosters are unaffected of course, they claimed it was a health issue "don't play for so long etc. etc." but we all know what really motivated it. :P) and after 8 hours (?) was 20%/25% or something. It was removed shortly after invasions I think, as they caused the flow of the game to change, making this... "feature" worthless.

Speaking of which, maybe bring back some form of fatigue when those free XP boosts are running?
