Problem with the new HOT FIX 1.5.1

I have tried to patch my client to the current Hot Fix 1.5.1, but it stalls at 3994/15067, I have tried to do it several times anyone else having this problem?

Did you try the old method of removing your live folder and then start again?

Just tried that and it stalls at 6372/18912
