Wont load

Hey im using windows but im sure its not my computers problem. I just downloaded the game. After i choose my character and click play. It will load and won't load 1/4th of the way but the background and music are still going but it just won't load after i sit there for a long time a message pop ups and says there is a connection problem.

Please tell me how to fix this?
