Pfft at least it was an unranked person.

Try going against that speed put on a lvl 50 barbarian, outrunning my hunter at full speed and hitting me all the while. I won't name him for the sake of not starting a flame war (for now). I will say he is in ignis though... and I have yet to catch him in the act on video.

If what you saw is the same thing as what I'm talking about, it's some sort of mount exploit, where the person mounts and dismounts and suddenly has horse speed on foot. Idk how it's done though.
