Platinum box strategies

im aware that currently a lvl50 range 30 longbow does not exist. does this mean that the chances of getting one in a platinum box are really slim or even impossible?

if so when would be the best level for an archer to use a platinum box in order to get the best possible range 30 longbow?

med 30 lvl 47, slow 30 lvl 48 iirc

level 48 is the highest a DW LB (med 30) can go to not sure about the composite DW whether they are lower level or the same.
