Ati Drivers 10.5 - OpenGL Shader Language not Supported
Searching why my HD 5770 wasn't working with shader model 4 (although it has shader model 5) I've discovered in the game log that

glxinfo
glxinfo (just in case)... As you see the Shader language version is 4.0

Not sure if this is still of interest but my notebook has ATI Graphics card. I can only use 10.5 there and it works fine.
