Question Knight Grinding Spec?

Common sense tells me to skill up everything that allows me to do more damage. I have done that and I still find myself resting quite often. Maybe this is the way it is, but... Does anyone have any suggestion on how to set up my skills for grinding? Which weapon category is best?

Use caution lvl 3 or higher and grind mobs with fast attacks like bugs or wesps, you will get nearly no damage.

At lower lvls i found the hammer good, higher lvls the spear.
Caution and kick as high as you can.
Max damage passives, when you can.
I didnt bother with shield/block tree at anytime while grinding.

I grinded with another knight (lvls 31 - 50), as opposed to a conju solely for the knock / stun assistance - it made a huge difference to the amount of mobs killed before resting.

I dont know - worked for me. I was told they were hard to grind but found it easy enough.
