How to make a clan?

What do i need to make a clan? What lvl i need to be? Do i need money?

This is what you need:

1. A party of 8 people.

2. All members in the party must be lvl 15 or higher.

3. You must pay 100.000 Gold in starters fee.

You just need them to make the clan, they can leave after you make it. There's usually enough people who are ready to help make you a clan and then return to their own.

EDIT: Just noticed there's a mistake above (or outdated info), the fee for making a clan is 2 000 000, not 100 000.
