Default How much hit chance i need for not beeing evaded?

I was trying to retake a fort other day with my mark i was shooting tower guard and had 9 evaded in 14 shots, 64,28% evasion, and i had 611 hit chance, so i am asking how much do i need for not being evaded.

I still think this hit chance/evasion is kind of messed, seems no1 really knows what really means if you have 1k hit chance or 500 hit chance, for me it should be simple 611HC/(69evasionx10) should be 88,5% of hitting a target.

Thats the way it works but it doesnt meen that always 88% of your shots hit the target. There is no hitchance with which you can always hit, but its possible to always evade with all -hc spells archers have.

There are no 'hit caps' in this game which guarantee a 100% chance not to have an attack miss. Btw why is this in the balance forum?

I know that is random, but my blaming is not knowing what the chances that i have to hit.
evade and hit chances are numbers that only ngd knows.
Who knows if i have 1k hit chance against an enemy that has 60 evasion, what are the odds of getting a hit chance? 50%? 20%?
What is the meaning of having more hit chance or hit chances debuffes if you really dont even have a guess what could be the results?
You would invest 4 points in a lvl5 spell to debuff your enemy in 30% hit chance? What this means?

If you use the formula in the wiki it would mean that to have 9 shots evaded in a row of 14 with atacker having 611 hit chance in may case, the enemy being atacked need to have 391 evade points, i really doubt that noone in game have something that high.

Probably i need to work little more on this statistics but i really doubt this formula represent the actual evade hate being used in game.

69/611 = 11.2% of evade chance.

Add it some buffs on the target and debuffs on you and you'll get something like this:
