[Alsius] Missing quest?

I'm a marksman in Alsius. Reaching lvl 14, in Montsognir, there was no new quest (I also tried other cities without success). Reaching 15, the town crier tells me that Borghild has a (second) adventure to offer, but if I speak Borghild, he does not. Is he supposed to have one?

I think I might have crashed the first time I tried to speak to him at lvl15. This had happened before, in which quest I did not see the quest first, but the quest was still assigned. Now it is not.

There is no quests in lvl 14-15. You get one at 16 and then another one at 17 so all i can say is out and kill some more mobs

Thanks, G40st! It's just a bug with the town crier then...

Actually I found there is a "shadow" quest at Heim's (not sure from what level).
