Crashes

Ok, here's what keeps happening: I start the game, I go to character selection, I click play, and it shows the loading screen and crashes.

Oh, also every time I start it it downloads
this: ngclient.dll patch, I think it might have something to do with this. Here is the crash log I think:backtrace()
strerror_s()
decode_pointer()
ResourceManager::creation_notify()
