They moved it to your feet, so it's barely visible anymore, like Defensive stance but without the blue circle.

I was going to post about this but I was too lazy but meh ;p Here's a picture of me casting ethereal mantle on a guard the problem should be obvious. The effect is barely noticable and this is the effect when it fades in... That's how hard it is to see...
