Wow very nice NGD!
I have to say after a few tickets I sent in the new support service its absolutely amazing. I may not see eye to eye with you on some of the new updates but you guys have outdone yourselves with this support system. It really adds to the premium aspect of the game. I'm not saying issues of non paying people are not addressed, But as a premium player I can say my issues are addressed crazy fast. I am super pleased with this part of the game experience. awesome job dudes

They must not like me, 1 week and no response. I hear that normally they respond in 1-2 days, did I do something wrong?
