cant install the game

i have played this game on my old computer before, my new computer is straight up better, what happens is i try to run the istaller and it asks for permission to continue, i click allow and thats all nothing happens from there it just sits there and does nothing(i have already tried re-downloading it and running it as administrator).

whenever im starting the game, after the verification and everything, before the game window opens it says "error initializing direct3d rendrer" please try to answer as fast as possible so i can get in game fast. thanks.

I had this problem, i fixed it by downloading the latest Direct X using the following Link.

This worked for me and will hopefully fix the problem your currently having. Also make sure your graphic drivers are up to date

when i am about to download direct X , it says i already have it. And when i enter the game, same above problem. How to fix this?

uninstall direct x then reinstall,

hmmmm.....thats interesting, im afraid i cant help much, i dont know much about windows. now if it was linux i would be able to help but with windows there is not much else you can try that i know of. if you are knowledgeable with windows, you could try to run it from command prompt and see if that gives you some sort of error.
