There is no any explain, just "Account under investigation".
Dear, NGD, in last 365 days I donated you more than 1590 USA dollars for buying Ximerins, the "Account under investigation" is more than less explain for WHAT.
TELL ME FOR REAL REASON!
(The support ticket seems like that is totally unnecessary 'cos you never answered.) Now I'm boycotting your donation, 'cos you banned an innocent player.)

I think you can't understand me. I don't have any patiences (after 2 weeks), I am in not the just-download-and-play group. I merit some explain! I'm am very angry now. See, I have 5 lvl 50 characters but somehow 2 of them had been turned to under investigastion. I don't have more time to "ASAP" by NGD I need answers, I am a main donator!
