Regnum "terminal" for what? :)

Today i discovered that Regnum has a kind of terminal... when you press F11.
What can I do with it?

you can write /command_list (you can autocomplete with tab)

It's used for some internal commands, and some can be activated by users.
Mostly configuration stuff that is not documented right now.

It probably will at some point but we need to do a cleanup first.
Most things you can do at the console, you probably can in some other way (i.e.: sound volume at the options window).
