the game crashes since upgrade...

I'm using Ubuntu 10.10, and the game was working great. Then the upgrade happened, and it was still working okay with a few error messages concerning the loading of the "Regnum Warmasters" photo on the login screens. After that problem was fixed, the game just straight crashes and shuts down while trying to load my character into the world. I'm on the English server, and I don't know why it's happening. Any help, or a bug fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just tried uninstalling it, deleting the folder, re-downloading it from the website, and reinstalling it. It didn't change a thing--same exact problem occurs.

I checked your profile and saw that you were Ignis--same as me. I wonder if that's a coincidence, or if that is related to the bug in anyway.

I could log in. Deleting all data files solved my log in issue. List of deleted files:

data[0-5].idx
data[0-5].sdb

Same to me on Ubuntu 10.10
But tried also win7 on my lapton and cannot enter world.

It isn't just a Linux thing.. All game clients Lin/Mac/Win
