Is it possible that after respawn player can fight?

Yesterday i was a spectator of a fight between a player (i do not remember His name) and the Champion - Gorlak. I was near Respawn Place Birka and I was waiting 2 minutes until I can fight again.

Other player that was fighting with Gorlak died too. And soon after he died he respawned. Gorlak attacked him and that player could attack him without a 2 min. of penalty.

Is it possible?

Yes it is.
The Rescuration Dizzynes will vanish if you try to attack a mob/other player, while active.

It will also end when you cast any spell. Basically it ends when you do anything other then run around.
