Hi Cryptovis,

- What video card model and brand do you have installed?
- Are you using OpenGL or DirectX?
- Have you tried safe mode?

try deleting the ngClient.dll archiv from the instalation folder

i had this msg and i turned on safe mode and enabled sound and it workd
